We offer a cost-effective moving service that is tailored to the customer needs. We can move computers from one room to another, from one location to a central warehouse, or from one campus to another. We can set up the moved computers at the new location including renaming computers and adding printer drivers. We can also move computers to storage in the beginning of a summer and move them back to classrooms at the end of the summer.
We offer both in-house and on-site services and support. We can bill hourly or service plans are available. For further information please contact us. These rates are provided herein as a guideline only. We typically offer competitive rates through RFPs and actual quotes on a case-by-case basis.

Our computer recycling services include:
- Data removal/cleaning/wiping out according to government certifications

We collect/recover the following products at all of our locations: desktop computers, laptops, notebooks, servers, monitors and most peripherals. The items may not necessarily be made or purchased from Prime Systems. We accept all brands/models.
Some additional rules:
A. Consumers do not have to pay any fees at the time of recycling to recycle used computer equipment made by Prime Systems. Fees are not required for most other brands; but they may be required if labor is involved in removing the computers.
B. Prime Systems provides for the collection from a consumer of any used computer equipment at our site.
C. Prime Systems provides for the recycling or reuse of used computer equipment.
D. Prime Systems provides for the collection of computer equipment that is reasonably convenient and available to consumers in this state, and designed to meet the collection needs of consumers in this state.
E. Prime Systems may sell the following brands of computers, depending on customer requests: Prime Systems, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, Gateway, Toshiba, Sony, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Asus, Shuttle, Gigabyte, and MSI. Only Prime Systems is assembled by Prime Systems.
F. For products purchased from Prime Systems and if dropping off is not convenient to you, we can pay the inbound shipping with pre-paid shipping labels for you to send the recycled equipment back to us via carriers.
Keep in mind that we also have a trade-in program for our customers to trade-in their obsolete equipment for a fair market value.

Keep in mind that the cost of fixing items may be more than buying a replacement sometimes.

Yes, we take trade-ins!
Having a hard time getting rid of the obsolete equipment? Trade-in may be your best solution.
The traditional auction process is tedious, labor-intensive, space-demanding, expensive, and does not generate enough returns to justify the process. School districts often need to spend labor baby-sitting the entire auction process. Since all the items are sold by pallets instead by individual items, the returns are often very low on a per item basis. Computer equipment like monitors could take up a lot of warehouse space while waiting for auctions to complete. The wait could be months and more. After the auction is complete, schools need to spend labor to help the public to load the products with folk lifts etc.
We offer a trade-in option to avoid such problems. We typically pay market value for your obsolete equipment. We move the equipment immediately to our warehouse and we do not charge for removing the equipment. We also save extra time and money for our clients by removing the hard drive contents for them, free of charge.
We encourage our clients to add such trade-in options to the RFP as part of the purchasing of new equipment. It’s also called “de-instillation.” Our warehouse is large enough to accept large quantities of obsolete equipment and process them including content removal/cleaning.
The actual trade-in value of a product depends on the product type and specifications. The trade-in process is also called asset disposal management. We can pick up, clean up, refurbish, re-market, redeploy, donate, or destroy old assets according to customer requirements. We also ensure all data are removed according to government specifications.
We provide cost-effective upgrade/replacement labor services for almost all brands of desktops and laptops, which can be done either at our facility or onsite:
- Memory module (desktops, laptops, printers and servers)
- Hard drives
- Laptop batteries
- Video cards
- Peripherals (to cordless products)
- Network (add WiFi)
- Virus removal
We can conduct such upgrades on a large scale at multiple locations with short turn-around and minimum interference to school/client operations.
Warranty – Home of the Five-Year / Life-Time Warranty
All of our products come with at least one-year limited warranty. However, we offer cost-effective warranty options to cover the entire life-cycle of any product including desktop, laptop, printers, and servers. Most IT products have an expected life cycle of five years at school districts. We strongly encourage our clients to purchase our products with five-year warranty so that the entire life cycle is covered.
Our five-year warranty is amazingly cost-effective. Send us an email or give us a call for a quote. You’ll be surprised how low the cost for the extended warranty is. It’s an offer that is hard for any one to refuse.
Of course, the actual cost of the extended warranty depends on the quantity of the purchase, and types and values of the products. We offer low-cost extended warranty on desktops, laptops, printers, servers, projectors, and other products.
Our goal is a guaranteed lowest total cost of ownership (TCO).
There are two main business models for warranty services – onsite and depot. Onsite means that we’ll dispatch our field technicians to where the equipment is to fix the problems. Depot means that the client will have a central location to keep the defective products. We’ll retrieve these products either through timely picking up services or shipping through common carriers. The depot service is often used for clients who are geographically away from our office locations.
Keep in mind that we also offer warranty services for third-party products.
