    We offer both in-house and on-site services and support. We can bill hourly or service plans are available. We typically offer competitive rates through RFPs and actual quotes on a case-by-case basis.

    Regular Hourly Rates:
  • Server Support On-Site, $68/hour
  • Network and Connectivity Support On-Site, $58/hour
  • Desktop Support On-Site, $48/hour

    Block of Time Support Options:
  • Block of Time Server Support, $58/hour
    (10-Hour block minimum; renewable annual contract)

  • Block of Time Networking & Connectivity Support, $48/hour
    (10-Hour minimum; renewable annual contract )

  • Block of Time Stand- Alone Desktop Support, $38/hour
    (10-Hour block minimum; renewable annual contract)

    Additional Support Rates:
  • Cable Drops Standard Office Construction with 8' drop ceilings, $125 per drop (CAT 5e $150)
    (Lengths up to 500'; less than 5 drops add $35 trip charge)

  • Cable Drops New Construction No Sheetrock on Buildout, $100 per drop (CAT 5e $125)
