I have been very pleased with the prompt response to heat tickets. I appreciate them always leaving me the onsite service tickets. The product itself is good. The thing I would like to see different are the A drives. They are too small and disks get stuck in them frequently. --Sheila
Mike.....Thanks for your support this year! I can't think of anything from my perspective. Any CPU I've escalated for warranty work has been taken care of promptly with almost no need for followup calls. About the only thing I can think of is to keep leaving the service repair forms with the school when work is done so we can verify or close our heat tickets (this is being done pretty well also!)
